Cove Cabin welcomes you. A stunning lakefront cottage ready to create lasting memories with your friends and family. The log cabin is nestled in the wind protected Cove Drive area of Boulder Bay. The home is decorated with knotty-pine accents, log trim and a mountain theme. The lake is brought inside by an open Great Room, with vaulted and upgraded ceilings. There is enough space for more than one chef in the open kitchen, which has bar seating. On the upper floor, there are remodeled bathrooms with tiled floors and granite countertops. Log accents can be found in these bathrooms. Brand NEW, large boat dock for water activities is just down the road from the cabin. Bring your water toys and boat!
You expect us to promptly answer your questions and concerns. In the same way, we also expect that you respect our home and follow the rules. Some of the rules are strictly enforced by police officers who follow city codes and regulations. Others are to make sure that our homes are as beautiful as possible.
The city code requires that you check in face-to-face. We will do this at our Village office. It will be easy and quick, I guarantee!
The city enforces parking restrictions at residents’ homes. Please do not park more vehicles than you are allowed to.
We and the City enforce the maximum occupancy in homes. You cannot accommodate more than the allowed number of people at a given time. Do not try to lie, it will make your life harder.
The music should not be heard from outside. The quiet hours run from 2100 to 0800.
The majority of houses are not air-conditioned in Big Bear Lake. It can get hot during the summer, but when you open some windows at night, it becomes a very pleasant experience.
Ants are everywhere, and they’re not just a nuisance. If you keep food or sugar on your counter tops and table you’ll have ants. Cleaning after every meal is a must, both for hygiene and to prevent them. We use traps and sprays to help, but they are quick and do not care.
The city regulates the disposal of trash. Not me. We can provide a service to remove your trash for a fee if that is proving difficult. Please let us know.
Booking any of our houses requires that you are at least 24. Our company is family-oriented and does not permit parties. We will also enforce it heavily, as well as the city.
